Another Xaela warrior, come to Eorzea from the Steppe. While he came to prove himself as a warrior, it took him some years to put that to proof. Doing so broke him, body and spirit.

Background

The Kha are best known for deliberately seeking contact with cultures from outside the Azim Steppe, that they may learn and adopt those cultures' practices into their own. It was into this environment that Amasar was born.But of course, interacting with other cultures or not, the Azim Steppe is fraught with peril. The type that takes away family members, turns friends into enemies, and pushes a great many of its warriors to seek power for their tribe, if not themselves.All of which pushed Amasar to become one of that number. But he would not rule the Azim Steppe. The Naadam was to blame, in his eyes. He would put an end to it. He hoped to unite the Xaela, or at least end the endless cycle of violence.Things have not gone to plan.

Basic Info

Name: Amasar Kha
Gender: Male
Race/Ethnicity: Au Ra - Xaela
Physical Attributes: Short for an Auri male, with blue skin on the dark side, a long tail, and more scales than many. He has long, rust-colored hair usually kept tied in back, red eyes with pink limbal rings, and lots of lean, dense muscle. He has one large scar on his abdomen, as well as numerous other, smaller scars dotting his body, particularly his hands.

While Amasar has spent many years in Eorzea and more or less adapted to its customs and culture, there are some things that still mark him as being from Othard. From the accent that comes out when he speaks, the little mannerisms he has not quite rid himself of, and the mere fact of being Xaela are all giveaways for anyone with knowledge of Othard.A History in Gridania
He lived in Gridania for years. In the past, he was frequently found at the Carline Canopy. Those that had business with the Leatherworkers' Guild may even remember him as one of their higher ranking members. Others may remember him as a former member of the Lancers' Guild. Given how he stood out, one may even remember that he used to reside in the city.Tribal Colors
Amasar was quick to adopt the dress and style of Eorzea, but someone with a keen eye may note that he tends to favor the black and red of the Kha.Dancer
The lance that he once bore upon his back is gone. He has embraced the art of dance, and makes his living at shows and events. It is usually enough for a meal and to get him to his next destination, at least.Leatherworker
